Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Session cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session to receive a credit. To cancel an appointment please email donna@dmjevolutionstudio.com, or call 646-872-4792. Evolution Studio does not issue refunds. Evolution Studio may, at its discretion, issue session fee credit(s) for future online sessions. No-Shows will not be refunded or credited. Evolution Studio reserves the right to cancel any session(s). If Evolution Studio cancels any session(s), the registrant will receive a session fee credit equal to the amount paid for the original cancelled session. Session fee credits are valid for up to 90 days after the date the credit was issued. Thank you.
